Carlo Sallustio has gained 20 years of experience in tax law, first at the regulatory department of the Italian Revenue Agency and then at a leading tax boutique and an international law firm. His chosen areas of expertise are international taxation and extraordinary transactions, tax litigation and tax planning of personal wealth. He has often dealt with real estate tax transactions and cross-border corporate reorganisations. He has gained particular experience and expertise in dealing with various types of appeals and tax litigation, where he has handled cases of considerable practical and theoretical importance.
