Ashraf Ali is a partner and head of the litigation team in the Cairo office. His areas of practice include civil law, criminal law, commercial law, capital markets and banking law. He has over 30 years of in-depth knowledge and experience representing businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of corporate/business disputes and transactions in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice before the Court of Cassation and High Administrative Court. He successfully represented and currently represents multinational companies and investment groups in complex disputes and enforcement proceedings before state courts.
