Senior Associate

Janis Reinholtz is a senior associate in the Dubai office. He specializes in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, market entry, joint ventures, and restructuring. He regularly advises multinational corporations and family offices in the UAE on complex corporate and commercial matters and has a particular interest in private equity and venture capital.

Before joining AMERELLER, he gained significant experience working at major international law firms in areas such as corporate structuring and dispute resolution.
