Aivar Pilv is the founding and managing Partner of LEADELL Pilv Law Office and his main fields of practice are dispute resolution and defence in criminal proceedings, corporate law, construction law and tax law. Aivar is also advising clients in employment and family law related questions. Aivar Pilv is also a long-time member of different bodies in the Estonian Bar Association since 1994. He has a Member of the the qualifying committee (1994-1995); Member of the Board (1995 – 2001); Vice-Chairman of the Board (2001 – 2004); Member of the Chamber of Administrating the Courts (2002-2010); Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association (2004-207); Reappointed Chairman of the Estonian Bar Association (2007 – 2010) and is a Member of the fundamental rights committee of the Estonian Bar Association since 2013. Aivar Pilv has also been awarded with the highest possible award from the Estonian Bar Association - Order of the Estonian Bar Association in 2013 for his valuable and long-time contribution. He is also a valued speaker/performer on various events and conferences and author of numerous articles.

Being an attorney-at-law at LEADELL Pilv Law Office, Anneli Aab’s main fields of practice are Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Contracts and Transactions and Public Procurement. She has a strong background as an in-house counsel, and she is also a member of the Intellectual Property and IT-law commission of Estonian Bar Association (2014 - ….). She has written legal articles about corporate law as well as given presentations regarding public procurements.

Being a senior associate at LEADELL Pilv Law Office, Ilmar-Erik Aavakivi's main fields of practice are dispute resolution, property law and general business law counselling. He is also advising clients on various other legal issues, i.a. contract law, personal data protection and defamation law. Since graduating the strategic management master programme (MBA) from Tartu University (2018), one of his key interests has been the interaction between law and economy. He is regularly advising English and German speaking business clients. For more than 10 years he has been member of the management board of German-Estonian Lawyers Union. In the years 2012 – 2015 he was member of advisory board of TAGLaw, an international alliance of independent law firms. The Republic of Estonia has designated him to serve on the Panel of Mediators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes - ICSID (2017-2023). Over the years, he has often written on law and politics in Estonian press.

Katarina Talumäe advises clients mainly in the field of law of obligations and dispute resolution. She also focuses on matters relating to bankruptcy law and construction law. In addition to that, she advises clients in all areas related to data protection and employment law. Since 2014, Katarina Talumäe has also been active in the Estonian Lawyers Union, being a member of its council and chairman of the board of junior lawyers.

Marko Pilv is a partner in LEADELL Pilv Law Office and his main fields of practice are dispute resolution and defence in criminal proceedings, corporate law and general counselling. Marko is also advising and representing clients in various cases regarding contract law, employment law and defamation. He has also written several articles and performed as a lecturer in different events ranging from teaching high-school students to lectures for business entities and in-house lawyers.

She is also advising clients on various other legal issues, i.a general commercial counselling, contract law, employment and family law. Being a partner at LEADELL Pilv Law Office, Pirkka-Marja Põldvere's main fields of practice are dispute resolution, corporate law and general commercial counselling. She is also advising clients on various other legal issues, i.a. contract law, employment, construction, defamation and environmental law. Since graduating the International Commercial Arbitration Law (ICAL) master programme from Stockholm University (2004), one of her key interests has been arbitration. She is regularly participating in (international) arbitration proceedings (both as counsel and as arbitrator). As of 2019 she has been appointed to the Board of Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce. The Republic of Estonia has designated her to serve on the Panel of Arbitrators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes - ICSID (2017-2023). Pirkka-Marja Põldvere is a member of the corporate law committee of the Estonian Bar Association. Over the years she has often written and lectured on arbitration and corporate law, as well as contributed to related legislative processes.

Raini Nõu’s main fields of practice are litigation and administrative proceedings. He is also advising clients on various other legal issues, i.a. contract law, delict law, inheritance law and criminal law. Over the years he has also written articles on legal matters.
