Helen has specialised in clinical negligence claims since 1998. Her practice includes high value birth injury, obstetric and paediatric claims as well as head and spinal injury claims.

Helen joined Hempsons in 2002 with a background in claimant clinical negligence. In 2005, she obtained a Masters degree in healthcare law & ethics. Helen became a partner in 2011 and was a NHS Resolution Nominated Partner for 2 ½ years. She leads a team of experienced litigators.
