Career

Vincent became an attorney at law in 2006 after his study Financial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Vincent specializes in insolvency law and corporate law. He advises directors, companies and shareholders on liability and the implementation of the restructuring of a business in view of its financial problems. Besides that, he often represents bankruptcy trustees, lawyers, notaries and accountants in professional liability proceedings. Vincent also acts as a court-appointed trustee.

Education

Vincent graduated from the University of Rotterdam in 2006. In 2013 he successfully completed the postgraduate course Bankruptcy Law at the Grotius Academy and in 2016 the postgraduate course Corporate and Business Law at the Grotius Academy.
