He defends companies, entities and individuals in administrative pre-trial proceedings before all tax authorities and in tax trials before all the courts in Italy. He has gained particular expertise in tax trials before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

Roberto also offers legal advice in international, European and Italian tax law.

Lecturer at the II level Master’s Degree in tax law at the Universities of Chieti-Pescara and Teramo, as well as a regular speaker at conferences, seminars and courses at Universities and professional bars throughout Italy.

Member of the editorial board of the national scientific review “Diritto e pratica tributaria” (“Tax Law and Practice”), active since 1926, of the Antonio and Victor Uckmar Foundation of Genoa.

Member of the Taxes Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and scientific advisor of A.N.T.I. – Associazione Nazionale dei Tributaristi Italiani (“National Association of Italian Tax Advisors”).
