Massimiliano Elia has a wide and varied experience in financial and insurance matters, with particular regard to mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions. He provides legal assistance in structured finance, capital and debt markets for banks, public bodies, companies and individuals and is frequently appointed as an arbitrator, also in the capacity of chairman.
