Giulio has a wide range of experience in the TMT sector having worked in international law firms in Brussels and Rome and being, until December 2018, responsible for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Italy as well as being senior member of the Colt group, European Team “Compliance and Customer Propositions”. Giulio supports and offers advices to primary national and international clients who mainly operate in the electronic communications services (fixed and mobile voice, data and Internet), media and datacenter / housing services, Cloud, ISP and hosting services for regulatory commercial, contractual and competition issues, both in court and out of court.

Giulio joined Pavia e Ansaldo in June 2020 as a experienced lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the TMT industry. Skilled in Legal Compliance, Negotiation of complex agreements, Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Affairs and Data Privacy
