Léonard Stoyanov is a member of the arbitration & litigation group. He advises clients on non-contentious contractual and corporate law matters. He also represents local and international clients, mostly in high value litigation proceedings, both before Swiss State courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on contractual, banking and corporate law related disputes.
