Sergio Bortolani is a member of the firm’s corporate and finance department. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate and employment law. He advises privately held and publicly listed companies in all types of transactions and corporate matters. He also advises clients in employment law with a focus on employment-related matters in the context of takeovers, business transfers and restructurings.
