Partner & Counsel Promotions 2025: Congratulations to Louisa Galbraith, Hannah Cipriano-Favre and Camillo Devecchi
On behalf of the MLL Legal Partnership, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Louisa Galbraith to Partner, as well as Hannah Cipriano-Favre and Camillo Devecchi to Counsel, effective as of 1 January 2025. We congratulate each of them on this significant milestone in their careers and wish them continued success in their new roles! These promotions reflect our commitment to strengthening our firm with exceptional, talented individuals from within, who will help us continue to grow successfully and to develop innovative ideas for our Swiss law firm of the future.
Louisa Galbraith: Partner
Louisa joined MLL Legal in 2017 as an Associate after passing the bar exam in Basel. In 2021, she was promoted to Senior Associate. She is a member of the IP practice group in our Zurich office.

Expertise:
Louisa's main area of practice is IP litigation with a focus on patent litigation. She has a particular interest and expertise in the life sciences and health care sectors. Besides using her broad experience in pharma patent litigation, she regularly advises and represents clients in regulatory and contractual matters in this field.
Hannah Cipriano-Favre: Counsel
Hannah started at MLL Legal in Geneva in 2012 as a summer trainee. She came back as a Junior Associate in 2015 and thereafter continued as an Associate in 2017 in the Litigation and Employment Practice Groups.

Hannah has expertise in litigation and employment law, with an emphasis on workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and complex legal proceedings. With her strategic approach and in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law, Hannah helps businesses navigate legal challenges while ensuring solutions align with their operational goals. She is particularly interested in fostering equitable workplace practices and pioneering new trends in labour and employment law.
Camillo Devecchi: Counsel
Camillo started as an Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019. He is a member of the Corporate & M&A Practice Group in Zurich and acts as Knowledge & Quality Management Officer for the entire firm.

Expertise:
Camillo’s practice covers general corporate law, M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. He also has substantial experience in advising on public takeover law and representation before the relevant authorities. In addition to advising clients, Camillo is a recognized expert in knowledge and quality management. He has led various internal projects aimed at improving operational processes, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enhancing efficiency through technology.
