Position

Yannick Tschudi is a senior associate in the firm’s IP team. He represents and advises Swiss and international clients in all fields of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law.

Career

Prior to joining the firm, Yannick Tschudi worked as a junior associate for a leading Swiss law firm in Geneva and as an investigator and deputy head of division for the Swiss Federal Gaming Board in Bern. His professional experience also includes two internships, at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and at the European Court of Human Rights.

Yannick Tschudi was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2014, with the best results of his exam session. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (ECAV), a Master of Laws in International and European Law and a Bachelor of Law delivered by the University of Geneva.
