Position

Guy-Philippe Rubeli advises and represents Swiss and international clients in commercial matters. He advises corporate and institutional clients on matters relating to corporate law, contract law, employment law, real estate law and recovery matters, with a focus on dispute resolution issues, in particular before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Guy-Philippe Rubeli has wide-ranging experience gained nationally and internationally since 1980. He is a member of the firm’s dispute resolution group as well as of the employment practice group. He actively participates in the activities and development of the firm’s corporate practice.
