Position

Thomas Ladner became Counsel to MLL Legal in 2009, having previously been a partner with the firm since 2002. His expertise lies in general corporate law, in M&A and private equity. Thomas Ladner has (co-)founded or chairs numerous groups and associations, for example the "Entrepreneurs' Roundtable" (with local chapters in Switzerland, Germany, France and the Netherlands), World.Minds Foundation or the prestigious "Club zum Rennweg". Thomas Ladner also serves as a member of the board of directors of several Swiss companies.
