Position

Martin Ammann became Of Counsel to the firm in January 2018, before which he was co-head of the firm’s employment law and competition law groups. He represents clients in complex employment law proceedings and civil litigation and advises in matters such as employment regulations, bonus plans and tailor-made employee solutions. He handles complex restructuring and mass redundancy cases and supports clients in setting up staffing and placement services in Switzerland.

Martin Ammann also regularly advises clients in competition and distribution law issues and represents them before the authorities. Martin Ammann has particular experience in the sectors of banking, consulting and services, pharmaceutics and cosmetics.
