Position
Peter Schramm heads the firm’s trademark & design group comprising lawyers from the firm's Zurich, Geneva and Brussels offices. He represents clients in all aspects of IP law, including IP advisory, prosecution, litigation and arbitration. Peter Schramm has wide ranging experience in trademark, copyright, design and unfair competition issues, is well known for his trade dress and design law expertise and has been involved in several leading cases in Switzerland and abroad. He advises Swiss and international clients from various industries, with a strong focus on retail, pharma, luxury brands, fashion, machine tools and furniture manufacturers. Peter leads the firm's global trademark and design task force that coordinates the cross-border IP issues of several Swiss companies and exchanges and develops know-how within the firm and its network of partner firms. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
