Andrea Sieber specialises in national and cross-border M&A, private equity and capital market transactions as well as national and international company reorganisations. She also advises clients on collective investment schemes, corporate governance, listing rules and general corporate law. Her clients include listed companies, financial institutions and other large and medium-sized companies. She specializes in regulated industries (financial services, life science, healthcare) and on the machinery, media entertainment and consumer goods industry. Andrea Sieber has been on the board of a Swiss listed company since 2016 and is the president of the supervisory board of a German company, since 2011.
