Veronika Matuščinová is a Senior Associate at BBH. Over more than 15 years with the BBH team, she has established a strong position in due diligence processes and negotiations for our most significant clients. Veronika Matuščinová is primarily involved in providing legal services in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and contract law. She also focuses on regulatory matters in the fields of banking and financial law, as well as data protection.

Ms. Matuščinová has gained broad experience in the legal regulation of limited partnerships, focusing on the specific issues arising from project financing. On a regular basis, Veronika also joins the BBH international team wherein she has achieved a notable position through her participation in due diligence and negotiations for our most significant clients. Veronika advised the clients as PPF group and ČEZ group in a number of M&A transactions.
