Veronika Matuščinová is a Senior Associate with BBH SK currently a team member in the provision of legal services mainly in the areas of Corporate and Contract law.

Ms. Matuščinová has gained broad experience in the legal regulation of limited partnerships, focusing on the specific issues arising from project financing. On a regular basis, Veronika also joins the BBH international team wherein she has achieved a notable position through her participation in due diligence and negotiations for our most significant clients. Veronika advised the clients as PPF group and ČEZ group in a number of M&A transactions.
