Dominika Biela is a Senior Associate at BBH.

In her legal praxis, she specializes primarily on Corporate Law and Contract Law. In addition, she focuses also on Litigation and Real Estate Law.

In her previous career, Dominika worked for renowned international law firms as well as the „Big 4“company, where she gained broad experience in the field of her practise. In her legal praxis, she took part on multiple M&A transactions, both on the side of the seller as well as the buyer. Within the transactions, she provided advisory with their structuring, provision of legal due diligence as well as the related contractual documentation. Among others, she obtained substantial experience in the field of real estate transactions. In the field of the litigation agenda, she represented clients in the proceedings held at the general courts as well as at the arbitration courts. Dominika also regularly provides advisory with preparation of the various commercial contractual documentation.
