Caroline specializes in insolvency. She provides advice on liquidation processes, restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy disqualification cases, and solvent liquidations and mergers for both large and small companies.

Further, she has experience with the reinstatement of companies under compulsory dissolution and has advised on the management of companies during periods of compulsory dissolution. Her work is characterized by a structured and solution-oriented approach that ensures optimal outcomes for clients.
