Position

Christian is partner in our Insolvency team and serves as a permanent trustee with the Bankruptcy Court of the Maritime and Commercial Court.

Christian advises banks, corporate clients, and others in relation to bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and also serves as a trustee in bankruptcy estates.

In addition to his specialization in insolvency and bankruptcy law, Christian also acts as an advisor to several business clients. His solution-oriented and practical approach is valuable in handling both legal and business matters for clients.

In his advisory work, Christian emphasizes to address issues in a timely manner so that clients receive the right advice before it is too late. This approach often benefits all parties and avoids costly and protracted disputes and litigation. If challenges can be resolved before reaching that stage, he puts all his efforts into it.
