Carsten is Senior Partner and Attorney in our Corporate Commercial team.

He provides professional advice with focus on corporate affairs. With a wealth of experience, his legal proficiency spans a diverse spectrum, encompassing contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, as well as management liability.

Drawing from his extensive involvement in board functions, Carsten possesses invaluable insights into business development. He excels at approaching legal complexities with a pragmatic and cost-conscious approach, consistently factoring in the commercial dimensions.

For more than 30 years, Carsten has served as the Managing Partner at Lund Elmer Sandager. In 2002, he was involved in the merger of Flagstad Lund Elmer and Sandager Advokater, which has now become Lund Elmer Sandager as we know it today.
