Caroline specialises in real estate and regulatory affairs, with a particular focus on public procurement, construction law, real estate transactions (asset and share deals), urban planning and environmental law.
She has substantial experience with tendering and execution of large infrastructure projects in the Benelux as well as with brownfield and remediation projects. She also has extensive experience in FIDIC-type contracts and is accredited as NEC4 ECC Project Manager.
For almost 4 years, Caroline was an inhouse lawyer with a world leader in the highly specialised fields of dredging and land reclamation, solutions for the offshore energy market, environmental and infra marine works.
In May 2022, Caroline re-joined ALTIUS as counsel.
