She also has a focus on domestic and cross-border restructurings.

Marie frequently lectures on M&A at international and national seminars and conferences.

Marie is fluent in French, Dutch and English

Marie has been appointed Vice President of the Corporate and M&A Commission of the ‘Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats’ - AIJA and is an Officer of the International Bar Association.
