Position
Ernst is managing partner of Giese & Partner. He has a specific expertise in the field of corporate, banking, industry and automotive law. In the last 20 years he has been acting as legal counsel for Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, UniCredit Bank, Commerzbank, and was involved in major M&A transactions. He also has a very strong background and the best references within the field of insolvency law. He has been involved in numerous restructuring and insolvency cases especially in the automotive and construction industry. German, Austrian, British and practitioners from other countries regularly seek his advice in cases with reference to the Czech and Slovak Republics.
