Jitka has been Partner in Giese & Partner’s Prague office since 2004. She has extensive experience in financing, M&A and real estate transactions and all this enables Jitka to provide her clients with very complex advice. Jitka advises clients in especially cross-border financing projects and also frequently creates complex international acquisition structures. Her clients include a wide range of German and other European banks, real estate funds, developers as well as private and public investors.

Jitka is praised for her solution-oriented approach, flexibility and creativity and her ability to drive projects forward.
