Position
Managing associate
In his practice, Radek Werich advises and represents leading financial institutions as well as international corporations and investors mostly from real estate, IT and financial sectors. His advisory is focused on complex cross-border transactions concerning multiple jurisdictions and on related transaction management. Radek also provides day-to-day advice to local establishments of multinational companies in terms of compliance with local legislation. Last but not least, Radek enjoys his active participation in the firm’s pro bono group.
