Position
Managing associate
In his practice, Ondřej advises and represents clients (leading international corporations and foreign insolvency practitioners) in litigation and in insolvency/restructuring proceedings in the Czech Republic and in national and international arbitrations. His work focuses especially on complex legal disputes arising from the commercial relationships with international elements. His specialization covers also challenging of the arbitration awards and related procedural aspects in the proceedings before the Czech Courts.
