Marek Krol has been working for D. Dobkowski Law Firm since 2019. Before joining KPMG, Marek worked in 5 leading international law firms. Marek has long term experience in the provision of complex legal advisory services to the domestic and foreign Law Firm’s Clients. He specializes in banking & finance transactions, capital markets, company law as well as in real estate and construction law as well as public grants issues. The scope of specialization of Marek Krol covers also M&A law, energy law and renewable energy sources law. He participates in projects related to setting up businesses entities and their ongoing activities. Marek Krol conducts complex reports and analyzes, including due diligence analyzes of business entities and real estate. Marek Krol has represented the Clients in administration court disputes (WSA and NSA).
