Karolina specializes in the management of industrial property rights portfolios, such as trademarks, domain names, industrial designs, patents and utility models.

She advises on matters relating to obtaining exclusive rights, and infringements of industrial property rights. She is highly experienced in industrial property litigation before the common and administrative courts and the PPO (Polish Patent Office) as well as the EPO (European Patent Office), WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) for the Internal Market, conducted for clients inter alia from pharmaceutical, FMCG, alcoholic products, construction, banking and the luxury goods sector.
