Daniela Fioretti has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer in Brussels and Rome. She possesses in-depth knowledge of several areas of Administrative Law, European Union Law, Competition Law, and Regulatory matters. She provides assistance to clients operating in different fields, such as: energy (both conventional and renewable), oil & gas; Transports (whether maritime, rail or air transportation) and logistics. She has gained experience both at a national and international level, while working with the main players of the transport sector. She also assists clients in infrastructure projects concerning shipping ports, airports, highways and railways.
