Career

Rosaria Romano works at Grimaldi Studio Legale as a scientific advisor on issues relating to intellectual property. The sectors in which she specializes are copyright law, patent law and trademark law. She is associate professor of Commercial law since 2004 at “G. d’Annunzio” University in Chieti-Pescara, where she teaches Commercial law and Economic Law; she holds lessons in the context of several Masters, such as “Competition and Innovation Law (Diritto della Concorrenza e dell’Innovazione) at Luiss University and  International Commercial Law (Diritto Commerciale Internazionale) at “La Sapienza” University. She is the author of two monographs and several articles published in scientific volumes and journals. She is the co-author of the volume “Diritto Industriale”(Industrial Law). She is often invited to participate as a speaker in national and international conferences on issues relating to intellectual Property.
