Andrea Martina has acquired specialized expertise in banking and finance law, providing assistance to banks, arrangers, management companies, funds and domestic and international investors in corporate, banking and financial transactions, both domestic and cross-border. His focus includes real estate finance transactions and real estate investments, such as real estate investment trusts, acquisition finance and private equity, structured finance, bonds and equity instruments, debt restructuring and restructuring.
