Maurizio Mengassini specializes in administrative law, focusing particularly on environmental and energy matters, project finance, urban planning and construction, healthcare, public procurement and public utilities, and the protection and promotion of cultural heritage. His practice also includes assistance in Court proceedings and out-of-court settlements (both administrative and civil). He also provides legal assistance and represents his clients before the Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti) in lawsuits concerning administrative and tax office liability. Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, he was a partner at Paul Hastings, and prior to that, at Prof. Giuseppe Minieri’s law firm in Milan (which specialises in administrative and EU law).
