Luca Dezzani has been head of the Tax Practice of the Firm since 2004. He specialises in tax, corporate and finance law and litigation, especially in relation to Italian and international M&A transactions, financial markets, tax controversy, structured finance, protection of savings, corporate reorganisations, trusts and estates, extraordinary transactions and employee incentive plans. He also advises multinational corporations, both listed and unlisted, banks, banking groups and investment funds. Mr Dezzani is actively involved in the protection of savings in major international default and distress situations, and assists shareholders and bondholders in class action lawsuits. Prior to joining the Firm, he collaborated with the law firm of Professor Dezzani and Ernst & Young.
