Laura Genchi is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Registered Auditor with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a doctoral degree in Statistic (PHD). The professional activity of Laura Genchi extends across different professional sectors which require the support of a Dottore Commercialista. She assists her clients - domestic and international industrial, commercial and financial companies, banking groups alongside their stakeholders – in civil proceedings concerning damage claims or evaluation of corporate assets in a general sense, and in criminal litigations. Her expertise covers economic and accounting matters relating to banking transactions, financial instruments, contracts of carriage and agency agreements, evaluation of specific assets or businesses in their entirety, the real estate, transport, publishing, food, new economy and fashion sectors. She carries out counselling activities in the verification of technical aspects of liability actions against directors and statutory auditors, and the existence of conditions for corporate crimes and insolvency. She has wealth of experience, including evaluation skills and,  more specifically, in matters related to business, corporate transactions, tax consulting, payroll and compliance. She works as audit expert in European projects.
