Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Salvatore Cardillo, was the Head of legal affairs at Enel S.p.A. from 2000 to 2012, member of the Supervisory Board acting pursuant to Decree Law no. 231/2001 of said company, Director of Rassegna Giuridica dell’Energia Elettrica (Legal press review on Electric Energy) and Chairman of the Department for Energy and Environment at Unione Industriali (association of entrepreneurs) of Naples. Prior to that, he was Head of legal and corporate affairs at the following companies: De Agostini S.p.A. (Novara 1999); Edison S.p.A. ( Milan 1997-98); Alitalia linee aeree italiane S.p.A., (Rome, 1990/1996), Aeritalia società aerospaziale italiana S.p.A. (subsequently Alenia S.p.A.), (Rome, 1983/1990), ATR Marketing, a Finmeccanica joint venture (Washington D.C., USA, 1987/1988).
