Leonida is mainly based in the Rome’s office Leonida has a general experience in corporate law with specific focus on merger & acquisition in the energy sector and health care sector. Leonida has also a wide experience in the capital market sector where he has advised issuers and banks in IPO’S, capital increases, public tender offers and bond issues.

Before joining Grimaldi Studio Legale Leonida worked at Grimaldi Clifford Chance, Grimaldi e Associati, Dla Piper and Pavia e Ansaldo.
