Christine specialises in employment law, advising on contentious, transactional and advisory matters.
Career
Christine has advised on numerous claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court including high value whistleblowing and discrimination claims and seeking injunctive relief. She spends time advising on team moves, misuse of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants cases. On transactional matters Christine has extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of M&A work and outsourcings. This includes spending time advising in the context of cross-border transactions and disputes. Christine has a full service advisory practice including advising on restructurings, executive hires and departures, conduct and capability issues, as well as drafting bonus arrangements and employment related data protection issues.

Miriam Everett co-leads the team and has notable strength advising on data protection and privacy issues, and her expertise spans global compliance advice, policy design and implementation, and data retention issues. Co-head Andrew Moir takes point on cybersecurity matters, leading a team that is well-placed to handle cyber breach work, including ransomware attacks, cyber-related litigation, as well as cyber-readiness and resilience.
