Alison is the Global Head of Employment, Pensions and Incentives
Career
Alison’s practice spans the whole spectrum of pensions advice, and her clients range from large corporates to trustees of smaller schemes. Her expertise is in strategic advice; in relation to liability management, corporate transactions, and funding journeys. Alison has over 20 years experience of these areas, and she is often called in on a project basis to support alongside existing advisers. Her practice also encompasses areas of dispute and regulatory investigations. Alison heads the Herbert Smith Freehills Global Employment, Incentives and Pensions Group.
