Paul is an employment associate with over sever years’ experience. Paul qualified and worked for Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney for five years, prior to transferring to the London office two years ago. As such, Paul brings the unique perspective of understanding UK employment issues from an Australian perspective, and often brings this to bear in advising Australian clients operating in the UK market, including advising on UK employment risks in a practical manner and on how to implement desired work practices against a UK legal backdrop.

Paul has experience across the full spectrum of the employment area, including assisting with employment contracts and policies, employment disputes, board changes, sales and acquisitions and company reorganisations.
