Carey-Anne is a Director in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team, specialising in debt and equity aspects of project finance and public private partnerships. Carey-Anne has advised clients on several limited recourse project finance transactions (including across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors), equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures as well as syndicated and term loans.

She has also advised numerous clients in relation to accommodation, telecommunications, renewable energy, toll road and various road related infrastructure projects, as well as captive power projects and independent funding of renewable energy projects in Africa.
