Esther is an Of Counsel in the public law and environment practices in the Madrid office. She advises major corporations, global investment banks, equity sponsors, public entities and the public administration in relation to general public law (environment, public procurement, sanctions, public subsidies, expropriations, constitutional law, etc.), as well as litigation and arbitration matters related to the above within the regulated sectors, especially in energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, pharma and mining.
