Cellia is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Maîtrise en Droit) and Master of Laws (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in law of international economic relations from the Université de Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). Cellia is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and French.
