Career

Laurent advises lenders, including banks and debt funds, as well as borrowers, on the financing of leveraged buyouts (LBOs), growth capital, and private equity transactions. His expertise encompasses bank loans, bond issuances, and collateral arrangements. He has developed a particular specialization in the venture debt sector, where he advises one of Europe's leading market players.

Laurent's practice extends to assisting both professional and non-professional investors in structuring their investment vehicles. He has a strong track record of supporting renowned funds and is deeply involved in international transactions, providing a global perspective to his clients.

After practicing for more than twelve years at the law firm Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, Laurent joined the firm as a partner in 2015.

Laurent was a teaching assistant for the “Business Creation” course at SUPELEC from 1998 to 2008. He also served as a teaching assistant at the Law Faculty of Paris XI in 2002 and 2003.
