Dominique is active in the field of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She advises a client base that includes industrialists, entrepreneurs, multinational groups, and SMEs. She also assists foreign companies with their establishment and growth in France.

In transactional matters, she works on the creation of joint ventures, partnerships, and complex contracts. For several years, Dominique and her team’s expertise has been recognized by market analysts in the field of mergers and acquisitions law.

Dominique joined the firm in 1999, after an initial experience at the law firm Kevorkian & Partners. She has been a partner at the firm since January 2007.
