Pierre-Menno is an experienced lawyer in transactional matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex contracts.

He advises French and international groups on their establishment, development, and reorganization both in France and internationally.

In addition to his initial practice in the industrial sector, he has developed a specialization in transactions involving the sectors of new technologies, media, and telecommunications.

Pierre-Menno was Vice-President of the M&A Commission of the International Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Jurists of Sciences-Po.

Pierre-Menno began his career at the firm Siméon & Associés, where he became a partner in 1996. He joined Lovells as a partner in 2001 following the merger between Siméon & Associés and Lovells. He has been a partner at the firm since 2007.
