Hadrien advises both public and private companies, as well as investors, including their executives and directors, on mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, and other market transactions. His expertise extends to private equity and corporate governance matters.

With extensive experience in large-scale strategic transactions, Hadrien is particularly active in cross-border projects and reorganizations. Beyond his primary practice, he has developed expertise in estate planning.

Additionally, Hadrien is regularly involved in the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes and litigation related to financial markets.

Before joining the firm, Hadrien spent eleven years at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, where he was a counsel. During this time, he was seconded in 2020 to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York and, in early 2021, served as the corporate head and secretary of the board of directors at the listed group Korian (now Clariane).
