Catherine Broussot-Morin advises companies and their executives in managing their daily issues (individual labor relations, collective bargaining, relations with employee representative bodies, labor inspection, DREETS, and URSSAF), as well as handling their large-scale strategic operations, such as post-acquisition reorganizations, restructurings, or collective dismissals.

Catherine and her team are recognized for their expertise in national and international rankings for advising on restructurings and collective bargaining negotiations.

Catherine also represents clients before various courts (labor tribunal, social division of the judicial court, administrative court) in individual or collective labor law disputes.

Finally, Catherine has developed strong expertise in advising and defending executive managers and corporate officers (status, compensation plans, stock ownership plans, career development, departure negotiations, etc.).

Catherine Broussot-Morin is a partner in the Employment Law department at Reinhart Marville Torre since 2007. She has more than twenty-five years of experience specializing in employment law advisory and litigation, particularly for French and/or international companies and associations.

After working at Klein and Stehlin, she practiced as a partner in international firms such as PwC Law Firm (Landwell) and French firms like Dubarry Le Douarin Veil.
